Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within approximately 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

You also have the possibility to return your item and request to change it against any items of our website. If there is a price difference between the items, we will refund you the corresponding amount or ask you to pay the price difference depending on the situation.
